LEMIT LABS LLC provides technical and operational solutions for client businesses in the context of automation, messaging, and digital channel integrations.

• Automation of WhatsApp inbox workflows.
• Chatbots for appointment reminders, customer support, and custom flows.
• Integrations with Meta APIs and third-party platforms such as n8n.
• Technical support and documentation for activation and operation of digital channels.

The client is responsible for providing the assets, permissions, and conditions necessary for the correct setup and operation of the contracted services.

• Provide valid assets such as a WhatsApp number, Facebook page, or Instagram profile.
• Maintain a verified business portfolio in Meta Business Manager.
• Use the services in compliance with Meta policies and applicable laws.
• Do not send prohibited content, spam, or unsolicited messages.

LEMIT LABS LLC undertakes to provide the contracted services diligently, securely, and in line with the scope agreed with each client.

• Configure and operate technical flows securely and in a segmented manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client tokens, credentials, and data.
• Provide technical support and clear documentation.
• Do not use client assets for purposes other than those contracted.

LEMIT LABS LLC is not responsible for incidents caused by third-party platforms, incorrect configurations outside our control, or unauthorized API usage by the client.

• Suspensions or blocks carried out by Meta.
• Errors resulting from assets misconfigured by the client.
• Data loss caused by misuse of the API outside authorized flows.

These terms may be updated whenever necessary for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

If material changes are made, clients will be notified by email or through the website.
