What data can be deleted?
We can process deletion requests for personal, technical, and operational data connected to LEMIT LABS LLC services and the integrations we manage.
- Access tokens and API credentials.
- Message logs and automated activity records.
- Contact data and workflow configuration.
How to request deletion
The data subject may send a request to [email protected] with the information required to correctly identify the relevant data or linked assets.
Deletion requests will be handled within a maximum of 10 business days.
- Business or client name.
- Linked asset, such as a WhatsApp number, page, account, or related integration.
- Type of data to be deleted.
What happens after deletion?
Once the request has been processed, LEMIT LABS LLC will perform the technical and operational actions required to remove or revoke the affected data and access.
- Linked automation flows are disabled.
- Tokens and technical access are revoked.
- Information is removed from our internal systems and backups, except where legal retention obligations apply.
